I thought nominations closed on the 20th?

Today is only the 19th. I tried to submit tags just now but it said the nominations were closed. I thought there was one more day. Can the tags be opened for submissions for another 24 hours?

The 20th GMT, as said in both nominations reminder posts.

I have no horse in this race because my noms are in, but: the reminder posts said noms closed on the 19th but the schedule linked in the sticky post says nominations were due to close on the 20th. Wouldn't that would usually include at least some of the 20th and not mean 1 minute before the 20th even starts in the stated time zone?

This is a very easy mistake to make, so that's fine. Email me your noms and I'll add them in.
