Nominations are open! Please read the FAQ before nominating. (AO3 and DW)

Characters in the tagset reflect the views of each nominator on who is defined as 'chromatic'. I'm assuming that characters will be nominated in good faith.
When signups open, please only offer and request characters you consider chromatic. Guidelines, while provided, are not rules, and I won't quibble about who is considered chromatic, and who isn't.

Tagset & Nomination Form

• You may nominate up to 5 fandoms, with 5 characters each (a total of 25 characters).
• For large fandoms with many subfandoms: I will not be accepting All Media Types fandoms. AMT fandoms are difficult in an exchange with fuzzy parameters (for example, movie and book depictions of characters could vary wildly, with one version of the character qualifying and the other not) except in specific cases (ask if you're not sure), so please nominate characters under subfandoms. It's a lot less work for me, and much less of a headache come signups, when people are confused over which version of the character is in the tagset.
• You can nominate groups if you wish to. The format is “group: Character A & Character B”. The ampersand will be used for characters you want to see together in a gift. Please use the ampersand for romantic relationships as well. You can choose whether you want gen or ships in the signup form.
• Groups of up to (and including) five characters can be nominated. 
• Crossover groups must be nominated under 'Crossover – Fandom' and must be in the format “group: Character A (Fandom X) & Character B (Fandom Y)”.
• At present, Original Works can't be nominated.

I think this question got no answer, so I'll ask again, sorry if I missed the answer. Is Captain Cold eligible under the TV Show universe, since Wentworth Miller who plays the character is mixed race (black, white, cherokee, etc), or chromatic actor doesn't count if the character race is never mentioned in the show?

if the character's ethnicity isn't mentioned, and they're played by a chromatic actor, then yes, they're eligible.

I don't know if you know this, but you can use batch load to create an association after editing even if the add association fields aren't working.

Mod, I've made a mistake regarding two of my nominations:

It should have been instead:

Group: Dorian (Almost Human) & Leonard McCoy (AOS) & Spock (AOS)

Can it be fixed? Sorry for this!

I did, added them in my two empty slots, but as soon as I confirmed my edit, the form shown them as already approved and when I checked on the tag_set the only place where they appear is under the Unassociated Characters & Relationships. Apparently it was of no use, sorry.

Edit: associations are sticking, after multiple tries. Your nominations are now in their proper slots.

Hi! I got very excited when I saw you first discussing this exchange and am really glad it's happening, though I haven't been in an exchange headspace lately so will probably just keep an eye out for pinch hits and treats. I love that you're including art, and that you linked to those suggestions for people who find it hard to prompt for.

Have you considered posting to fandomcalendar? Also if you post a link to a tumblr promotion post here I'll reblog it.

Finally, tiny nitpick but you misspelled "nominated" as "nomianted" in the last line of this post.

Is there any chance to have two kinds of ship tags, / and &? So to let gen writers to match with gen recipients, and the same about ship writers.

You can choose whether you want to offer or request gen, M/M, F/F, multi, or other on the signup form. I'll add this to the FAQ and make a post to make this clear.
